The New York Times 5th November 08

If any of you kind readers can find a print edition of today's NYT and save it for me, I'll be forever indebted and also reimburse cost of paper (not the E-bayed ones for $20!) and postage. :p
Or if you're around here we could meet for a coffee, may be?

Update: Apparently you can back-order a copy from the NYT itself. Trying right now..

you got? *wide-eyed awe*

sepulchritude said...

No. In all naivete, is it that difficult to get one?

The_Girl_From_Ipanema said...

hmph. go try.

Sorry boss. Boston Globe was available but I'm guessing that you don't care for it. Interestingly, MIT's "The Tech" is abundant on campus AND it has the Institute's President on the front page.

Oh well. Kaapi is never free.

Ha! I thought of it too late as well. They are all sold out.

And you're smoking something. The ones on eBay are going for $200 or more, not a piddly $20 :)

It's okay - everything is electronic today and easier to store. Does that make you feel better?

I thought of the library too..:p

All you can think of is the coffee? Not of how you got my hopes high for an instant there???

Well, the post I linked to said $20, in the face of $200, it seems like I should've gone for the $20. In any case, I am trying the back-order from NYT idea, on hold right now. :)
